Excellent for sauteeing and is perfect for vegan and vegetarian dishes. It's a fantastic addition to pasta, rice, or vegetable dishes.

Angelina's Creole Sauce.  All-natural, gluten-free. This versatile dish can be used for a variety of dishes.  Made with tomatoes, fresh New Orleans ingredients, and a little pork flavour are slow-cooked to perfection in this classic sauce. Excellent for sauteeing and on rice dishes, pasta, beef, chicken, pork, seafood and vegetables.

Angelina's New Orleans Jambalaya Rice and Creole Sauce One Pot Mix is an all-natural, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly dish. This classic Jambalaya mix features a rich Creole sauce and rice blend. Traditionally made with chicken, sausage, or seafood, it also pairs wonderfully with meat-free alternatives. Plus, it includes 100g of its signature Creole sauce for added flavour.

In New Orleans Cajun country, this gumbo name is said to come from men and women who would cook gumbo all day long while talking, or "ya-ya-ing."

The New Orleans dish, Gumbo Ya Ya, is a rich and flavorful stew, known for its smoky flavour. Rooted in Creole and Cajun traditions, the Gumbo showcases the city's cultural history.
